This tumble dryer is leaking from the condensing box and spilling over to the left side onto the insulation thus causing drips and manifesting into a puddle.

I traced the source of the leak which appears to be that on the rear of the heat exchanger box that the seal is not maintaining a tight seal against the rear exhaust channel.

Is there a replacement seal for this or do I need to replace the entire heat exchanger?

You can look up all Miele spare parts on their website here just click on the position number and up pops the part number as well.

It’s the Miele public site so anyone can access it.

I have just tried it and it works fine.
