Switch off the machine.
Close the door.
Turn the programme selector switch to Finish.
Accessing
Press and hold the Delay start and Intensive buttons together while switching the unit on with the On/Off switch.
Acknowledgement indicator
Successful accessing of the service mode is indicated by flashing of the Soak/Pre-wash LED.
The display shows the microprocessor ROM ID code, e.g. – at the start of the series.
Options
Turn the programme selector switch to the desired position in accordance with the table.

Water intake check Cottons 95°C Water intake via compartment , until level I is reached. Heating to 35°C then begins.
Cottons 75°C Water intake via compartment , until level II is reached
Cottons 60°C Water intake via compartment , until level III is reached

Minimum iron 40°C Water intake via hot water valve (Y12) and compartment
Drain pump check Cottons 30°C Drain pump is activated

Minimum iron 50°C Drainage and spinning depending on spin speed selector setting
Fault code register Woollens 30°C. If several faults are registered, their codes are shown one after the other in ascending order. If the machine is switched off at this setting, all saved fault codes are deleted. Pressure sensor fault

Note:
The service mode is switched off automatically after 30 min. Components are then switched off and the display shows three dashes – – -.Quit (without saving)
Switch off the machine.4.4 Fascia panel removal
Pull off the programme selector switch knob.

Press the front section downwards with a small screwdriver and tilt it from the top towards the front out of its frame.Note:
Remove the leaf springs so that they cannot be lost.4.5 Control module removal
Remove the fascia panel, see Fascia panel removal.

1 Fixing screws
Remove the fixing screws.
Carefully pull the control module to the front.
Disconnect the air trap hose from the pressure sensor.
Press the retaining clip on the control module housing upwards and slide out the pushbutton switch unit downwards.
Disconnect the control module plugs. Remove the control module.4.6 Control module service position
Note:
If the control module is only being removed for testing purposes, it can be tilted and slid into the retaining slots on either side of the fascia panel rear section opening.Remove the fascia panel, see Fascia panel removal.
