miele w/m complaint of not spinning, drum just rocks slightly. removed end frame with brushes sticking in holder, released them now clicking on the reverse action but went into spin ok, when reset to fill with water fills for a second then pumps out, error soak light flashing any suggestions.

Hi Steven. Is the air chamber clean. prewash/soak indicates pressure sensor fault on this model. clayside
