Miele W310 Washing machine.Drain prob.

Machine fills,washes and spins,but will not drain.
There is live to the pump,but pump refuses to operate.Tried replacing pump,still no go.Suspect pcb on neutral from pump? Wires check ok for continuity…very odd.
Pcb looks ok,no dry joints and have pinched all small block connectors.
This fault occurred 6 months ago,and after pinching block connection to pump(at pcb end),it worked!No such luck this time.
Am I missing something??

You could wire a neutral to it for test purposes only of course to see if it worked o.k before condemning PCB. Sometimes the pressure vessel on these get bunged up, its normally mounted on front near heater apeteture, if they are not recognising a water level, pump won’t be activated.

Have had a couple with this intermitant fault and both times PCB
Make sure you order correct one by type or ser no as I think three
types fitted to this model.clayside
