Hi. Friend of mine keeps getting F11 and sometimes F63. I think F11 has something to with pump out though the filter is fine and there seems to be no blockages anywhere and as far as she can tell. F63 referes to the soap box directional cam/little motor though I do not think this model has this fitted least cannot see it listed on Partmaster? The symptoms are basically poor spin or no spin as far as I can gather but could it be the machine never reaches that far. She says she has to put the machine on spin again in order for the clothes to get spun. Any pointers please.

sounds like a blockage

if the machine is old ish then there are some small tubes coming off the pump that go up the left side that stop pump air locks. had these get blocked
