Miele washing machine appears to be stuck on some demo mode? changes programmes and lights run through and the three red warning lights flick through, then the programmes start flashing through again. The display does not do the usual 888 when checking symbols and there is no fault code.. I am sure she has put it in some kind of service mode but even switching off and unplugging for hours as no effect. anyone seen it before?

The warning lights dont flash as such.. it goes through several different programmes almost like a display then the 3 warning lights blink as in 1 2 3, then the programme display starts again. I am sure she has put it demo

ok try this

in the manual it tell you how to set various perimeters

try setting one and then reset it

am hoping demo mode is set a similar way and doing this may reset it
