Heater ok thermistor reading 16k in cool unheated room. I assume pcb but is there a component level fix? Door wont unlock when cycle finished unless powered down and back up again.

Mostly there were problems with heater relays on Miele’s, not sure of this particular model, but relays were normally separate to main board.

You will find one a lot cheaper than that if you search, maybe Farnell or RS, make sure its the same rating or more.

Have searched schrack relay. Cant see one at rs. No joy. Ebay i am using for working relay for diagnosis purposes. If successful then will purchase new at customers decision.

If you do a search on here, I could have swore i’ve seen this issue arise before & someone had sourced a suitable industrial relay that did the job at a decent price.
Relay needs to be double pole as far as i’m aware as machine does self diagnosis at start of cycle & needs to prove circuit of heater.

Well replaced relay with known good one. Only get 12v from pcb to relay for 1/2 a second when motor stops and changes direction. Oh well.
