Hi, I have a problem with this machine. The machine is leaking from the soap dispenser, if I take the soap tray out and watch it fill I can see the water creeping up the dispenser. I have been today and pulled off the dispenser to tub hose and cleaned it through but its still backing up when its filling. If I then switch the machine off I can hear a gurgle noise coming from the dispenser like its blocked somewhere but I cant see where.
Also does anyone know how to get the lid off this machine, it has 2 screws at the back but when you remove them it still feels solid.

    Thanks,
    Ray

That may be so but, play fair, the guy did ask and if you know how then perhaps you can help him? We all have to learn and this forum can be the ideal medium. 😉

Check the breather hose at the top of the tub, it could be blocked up with gunge.

To remove the lid, It has 2 hidden screws one on each side close to the front of the machine covered by a plastic cap, pop them off with a small flat blade screw driver..

    Hi,
Thanks, I have had the front off the machine and gained access to the dispenser to tub hose no prob but the lid I cant work out and don’t want to break it.
I have done a few before of these machines with the plastic caps that come off to reveal the screws but on this model there is a raised plastic bit in the same place as the cap but it seems to be molded that way so you cant remove it.

    Thanks,
    Ray
