Miele w504 no spin/wash

Customer complaining that her machine doesn’t wash. Says it fills up and just sits there. I switched it on and it worked perfect for me.

She said the machine will sit there and go all the way through the wash until finish but never once turn.

She said if it does spin it’s never as quick as it used to be.

What’s everyone’s opinion?

Miele usually flash a light if the motor is not turning, maybe she is on some super delicate programme that only agitates once in a blue moon?
