miele W504 washing machine underfilling

Went to this machine as customer complained was overfilling/ not draining quick enough etc.

As I thought the pressure vessel was very blocked, after cleaning the pressure vessel the machine now takes only about half a cm of visable water and boiles the water in a few minuites when element comes on.

Have cleared out chamber pretty thoroughly now but still will not take any more water.,

Any advice guys?

Some of the older Miele models go into a default mode once the air bell is blocked. Only way to re-set is a new control pcb or a Miele man and his laptop. Dont think this is one of these though.

no, I said I will go back tommorow so I will try this, although I cant see it making any difference.
