Miele W5740 A/W

Customer tells me it will ran a complete cycle on a cold wash..but on a hot wash soon after its fill and runs for a short time the machine goes dead…if she turns it off then back on she can starts a new wash cycle it comes back to life same thing happens again, sounds similar to a thermal cut out resetting..don’t know much about Miele..any advice please. John
