Miele W698 washing machine.

Have tried to keep the cost of a heating element right down for a retired couple for their Miele W698 washing machine. For once I did not use my old friends UKWhitegoods which have never given a problem.
This time I tried out Nettoparts in Denmark. No answer to my emails or phone call or fax sent today.
Does Nettoparts exist or have I just been done for the cost of a Miele heating element trying to save some money for a retired couple?

Anybody heard of this company?

Having sent out an order to Nettoparts and many emails plus a fax I have now spoken to the company after locating a new phone number that does answer from Denmark.
They have put the order out again after a chat on Friday 21st June the element has arrived first thing this Monday morning in a bubble pack.
Will not be using this company for a while as they do not reply to emails or faxes.
Back to good old UKWhitegoods, they answer all my emails and dig out hard to get parts.
