    I brought this one in for a fill problem but couldn’t find any problem with it…

    I did 3x washes with a load, 3x 60 degree washes with no load, and then 1x 95 degree wash with no load. All of the washes completed with no problems, so I took the washer back to the customer.

    I went out to her house again tonight and she showed me that the machine was filling to the top of the door and then pumping out, meanwhile the SC light was coming on.

    Anyone come across this before, or got any ideas?

    I know its the most obvious, but you did have a look at the pressure tube and check the pressure vessel for blockages. Could she be over-sudding as it didnt overfill when you tested the appliance?

    Yes… The tube and the chamber were both clear.
