miele w810 not heating + creating alot of suds

Hi I wonder if ne one can help me with a) what causes this problem or b)how to enter the service mode for this machine please?

The mains wash light flashs after approx 7 secs of selecting any program.
The heater gets 240v for approx 5 seconds then nothing.

Water level is normal,motor action is normal, pumps out with out a problem.

Im thinking NTC but i dont know what the value should be of it to check.

After approx 10 mins there is massive amount of suds in the drum(checked correct detergent/dosing etc)

well lots of suds pos wrong soap powder hand wash or twin tub must be auto powder heating check heater also heating pos pressure systen blocked with with bubles if u have voltage at heater it can onley be heater open circuit dal

Main wash flashing is open or short circuit NTC, heating is switched off but program continues. I am not sure of the expected values but as the problem appears at the start of heating I would say if you can measure a resistance, it’s probably not the NTC but wiring or electronic fault

That doesn’t account for the suds but if the action is normal I would expect a residual amount of incorrect detergent. You never know what people will put in a machine when it needs attention.
