Don’t normally look at Miele…in for a penny.

Machines leaking every wash and two weeks ago the check inlet / filter light came on.
The light has only come on once.

Not wanting to look a fool, i was wondering how to get the front off one of these, or if theres any data I can be sent?

    Heres hoping!

    Tim.

remove a couple of screws at the bottom behind the kickplate and 1 or 3 bolts round the outside of the door seal, remove outer lip of seal and cuple of screws in the door lock and the front opens up on a hinge at the right hand side,
if its leaking there is a float in the bottom it could be the door seal or the filter not in tight enough.

when you open the front panel you’ll see a gasket around the front edge of the soap box housing. i’ve had at least four where there has been a slight leak from here. if it is this then pipe in a thin bead of silicon in the groove and refit the seal. when you reattach the front panel it”ll be o.k.
