Called the other day to the above, And found it to be a blocked pump but could not remove the inner part of the filter, Managed to clear the the lump of bath mat by taking the pump motor off the pump body but think I have damaged the inner part of the filter by trying to knock it out from the inside. Any one know the part no for the inner part of the filter, The assembly is made up of the outer threaded handle, then a spring pushing against another disk. then the main filter? In 15 years this only the 3rd Miele I have come across, So not very experienced on the brand 😕
