Miele W842 Washer

Coming in to spin cycle gave a bang then stopped. Not electrical bang, now just rinse light flashes.
Customer rang Miele who said it was unbalanced load.
Checked connectors on module but not taken motor out yet.
Know all customer doesn’t thinks its brushes even though it is 11 years old.
it was spinning ok up to this point.
is there a reset for unbalanced load?

rinses usually means no signal back from tacho within a couple of seconds check the usual brushs,tacho,field etc.

sounds as though brushes worn downand was arking May have taken out the power board Check motor brushes first DAL…………. happy hunting
