Miele W865? Heater.

Hiyas,
I’ve got to go and change the NTC on one these.
Another engineer has been but can’t see how to get the element out.
He sent me a photograph but I can’t see from it how it’s fixed.
Can anyone tell me how these are fixed in place?
Any help will be welcomed.

Miele heaters, held in by a wing and a prayer! Why do you need to remove the heater if its only the NTC?
its just remove or cut the spire clips and pull/ease the gasket.

Thanks, I’ve only seen the photograph of it.
It is the NTC that’s duff (least that’s what the error code says) so I’ll just want to change that.

Can the NTC just be pulled out? Not too tight in the gasket?

Just pulls out, and new one pushes in . Never had any trouble 😀
