    Hi, customer reports clothes still quite soggy after washing. Was doing it intermittently a few months ago and now nearly all the time. Found the pump to be faulty and replaced it. Also checked the brushes, they’re fine. Did function test, drain and spin all ok. Customer still reports same problem. Any ideas?

    pressure chamber blocked maybe? also breather on top of drum to dispenser can cause slow/ poor draining on occasions.

    Thanks for the suggestions. About the breather, I take it you mean on the hose somewhere and that there might be a blockage?

    The breather hose from top of tub to detergent dispenser often blocks at tub end. clayside
