This machine fills and then has the rinse light rapidly flashing. It only has one rinse light on it. The brushes are fine, the tacho has a circuit through it. Am I looking at motor or Board? Cheers Kez

check the wiring from carbons to pcb, meter connections on motor r the carbon holder pins connected to the motor ok?
