    Wash light flashes all the time and customer says motor not getting up to full speed. Tried it on spin and it went up to full speed ok.
    Any idea what could be causing light to flash.

    Wash light flashing indicates a heating fault of some kind, ie element, wiring, sensor, board,

    That makes sense because first off they said it wasnt heating. Checked element and wiring ok. What else generates power for heater.

    If element and wiring ok then would look at ntc or power electronic

    NTC : Thermistor temp sensor. Not sure where it’s mounted on this machine, possibly built into the heater assembly.

    It’s mounted in the heater element gasket dead in the middle, just pulls out

    Cheers Clayside: Thought it might be in the element but wasn’t sure, don’t see much Miele stuff down here.
