    Hey All,

Don’t have any experience on these, only work I’ve done is a door seal change.

Anyway, Went to this today for a “not spinning as good as it used to”, didn’t have a lot of time as they were going on holiday, but looked underneath at the motor and eventually figured out how to remove the front plastic plate which holds the carbons, which were worn, I went over to my supplier (happy that I was going to fix this before they went away), stuck the carbons in and still no spin….

It rotates during wash and when you select spin (8 min on clock) it does a pre-spin (10 secs one way/10 secs the other way) as it pumps out, for about a minute, then it just sits there pumping til the time counts down, and that’s all I know…. They had to go then, and I’m going back in two weeks to “give it more time”.

    Help!

Does anyone have any gen/tech info/experience/ or even smart comments 😕 that they wish to share to put me on the right path.

    Thanks in advance

    D

Might be worth checking that the pressure vessel is not gunged up, sometimes they don’t recognise that the water has emptied out, hence the pump running continuously & not going to full spin.

Good call, should have thought of that. It’ll be the first thing I check.

if this is the type that the side panels come off, then also clear out the “Y” piece in the dispenser hose and the 2 thin pipes that come from it, often a cause of poor spins.
