I have a Miele W969 washing machine and the water is not draining and the check drain light keeps flashing but not sure where the drain is. Please help.

Hi
You can empty the residual water by removing the filter as in the attached second picture from the instruction manual. Or if there is a large amount of water in the drum you can use the emergency drain hose as in the first picture.
Once the filter has been removed check there are no foreign objects obstructing the small propeller.
If the problem persists you will need to call an engineer out.
