MIELE washer stuck mid cycle

Hello, Im new to this forum, so please be gentle! Just looking for some advice…

My Miele washer is in the integral garage, it has been frozen up for a few days.
The pipes are now defrosted…I have taken the hose off & water is running out.
When I switch washer on it still wouldnt fill up, so being the stupid impatient woman I am, I chucked a bucket of warm water in it (no laundry in it) and whacked it on a a cycle, hoping it would sort it self out.
Well it is now stuck on 47 mins, the drum is still churning round with water in but it wont pump out.
I have switched it off at the socket now coz its been stuck on 47 mins allday!

Please, any advice would be welcome.
I have rang Miele but they are closed 🙁 😥

Probably the sump hose is pump is frozen up, will likely havethawed out by now with the rise in temperature.

well I’ve been a super hero & fixed it!
I emptied the water out and then tilted it backwards to drain the rest out.
Put it on a cycle & BINGO…it works!!!
