Miele washer w864 only spins upto 900 rpm

Hi I’ve been to miele washer today won’t go into full spin
am I right in thinking the module ( on motor ) houses the tacho or am I looking at a full motor and refurb facia Pcb it’s the el200d board ? Thanks

not a fault i have had before

frame on back of motor has brushes and tacho coil

have you checked brushes as it may just be bad brushes

also turn motor and listen for clicks of raised commutator segments
