Miele washing machine

Got to go to the above tomorrow, dont know its model but customer says it comes up on display service required or something to that effect, does anyone have the fault diagnosis, resetting or reprogamming or service modes please, its only about a year old or so

Yip got it sorted mate, it was saying technical and underneath f88, the base was flooded somehow. Couldnt find a leak so just left it at that. Do you have any miele info mate?

Had a newish Miele which did that following damage to the door seal lip. Think if it dribbles from there it gets directed into the base.

Thats what i was thinking at first mike but couldnt see any damage to seal, when i had the front of it the plastic kickplate with the foam on it was wet under the filter so a think someone had been at filter and maybee not tightened it up well, this machines in a mental health hospital so who knows what they been getting upto

A didnt know the model at the time chris but got the reason anyway why it was faulting
