    Please can you tell me if you can use your own detergent and fabric conditioner in the drawer on a Miele washing machine or do you have to use the Twindos? The one I am looking at looks like it has a regular drawer.

    Looks like you can. Which model number are you looking at as there should be a comparable model without Twindos?

    That model is now coming to an end as it no longer features on the Miele website.

    While it’s still a good buy the WWG360 at £50 more comes with a ten year Miele warranty . Could be worth investigating 🙂
