Miele Washing machine excess suds

Hi
Called today and cleared sump hose, pressure chamber and filter but excess detergent light has come on again. I’m calling tommorow to remove the ball in the sump but would welcome any other advice.

Also if you download the manual there is a way to program them to take in more water,both for wash and rinse cycles…other than that it could be the water is to soft!

Think the information for increasing water levels is in the user manual if the customer still has it, or you’ll get it online on Miele website i’d imagine.
