Sorry mate can’t help you there but can I ask (forgive my impertinence) why you name bad debtors on your family based website? Seems a bit harsh and worrying for new visitors to your site don’t you think? 😕

There should be a circuit diagram usually stowed away behind front panel to RHS, near circuit board. The board mentioned sometimes can be at fault too. Circuit diagram should allow you to trace the fault.
Buttons & little board behind them sometimes gives bother too.

Re Martins earlier post, does the naming of debtors in this way not constitute harassment, illegal under section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970.

I thought the purpose of this Forum was to help each other with technical problems. If you want to judge my morals, then please use another platform!

On the contrary, no one is judging your morals, in fact the comments from Martin & mike412 are IMHO, considered and could most definitely prove to be helpful.
It should at the very least make you think about checking up on the legality or otherwise of your web site before you get a letter from someones solicitor. 😉
