Miele WS5425 no heat

Can anybody help please was asked to look at a miele ws5425 washing machine for the local football team not heating, i’ve checked the heater and wiring all seems okay can anybody give me some Pointers Please JJ

Heater is connected straight off the terminal block via a relay. Need to check if there is a feed to low voltage/ current side of the relay, if so then its the relay at fault, if not then most likely its the electronic.
Would make sure it is not heating first though, get a lot of phantom no heat calls these days…..

Thanks never happy looking at these due to the cost of spares, they are thinking of getting new ones due to the age, i was trying to point them towards the ISE10 i think i could get them to go for 2 who do i speak to if they want them JJ.
