Can anyone say if a replacement bearing kit is available for this machine and if so, what is the miele part number or a suitable pattern part?

Not encouraging. How old is this model?
I’d love to have an opportunity to do a job like that. Almost certain to be a much cheaper and just as good way round it. I’d open it up and then see what http://www.simplybearings.co.uk can offer. The seal will be the most difficult part probably.

Seme used to do some Miele stuff so I looked up seals in their old catalogue and they list three different seals:
28×42/52×13
30×53/60×10/13
35x76x10/14 (oem pt no. 1751620)
But no info as to what models they fit.
