    Hi,

    Hoping someone can help. No matter what program we use (shirts, minimum iron, cotton) it gets stuck at exactly 18 minutes to go and just spins. We have to stop the program and open the door.

    Anyone got any suggestions? Can we just reset the machine (if so how?!) would be great to know as they’re coming out wetter (potentially not as hot either).
