    Our washer dryer is getting stuck at 22 minutes on the express wash and 38 minutes on the 59 minute wash. The machine eventually completes the washing cycle but only after a very extended time. Any ideas?

    Hi Matey are there any fault codes coming up on display?
    Just had a thought tho!!! did you run machine on cottons wash and calibrate the load sensor?

    Hi
    No fault codes coming up but we do use the wash out fluff program lots. Only use the cottons wash occasionally.

    It may help someone out in the future

    The problem of extended wash times was a blown heater element
