hi all customer compaining of a terrible racket from dryer,i cant get machine out as yet as its all built in but cust is wanting arough quote so has anyone got a part number and or price of the dryer fan motor

Fan is belt driven from a separate motor so its either a motor (unlikely to fail) or a fan unit- a bit like a Zanussi/Electrolux set up. Most likely to be the fan covered in crap or I have had the mounting bracket for the fan motor break. I think you need to take a look at this one first. If the condenser unit needs removing its not a job for the feint hearted!
