    does anyone have the sequence code for getting into the service programme for this model?
    it will fill, drum turns and spins but wont pump out.There is no power getting to the pump.If you were to select, “pump out”,the drum agitates both ways, it then beeps three times and the Anti Crease/ finish light comes on. i’ve traced continuity from the bottom PCB to the pump.
    I suspect its one of the two pcbs.

    This is not a problem. The machine is telling the user that it is now empty and that you can open the door.
    The trouble is that if there is any water in the drum it does not pump it out and goes into fault mode after about 90 seconds.

    no feed to the drain pump is a common Miele issue, new power pcb is the cure, never had it on a washer dryer though.

    does anyone have the sequence code for getting into the programme mode or service mode for this model?
    Its now working after i removed the bottom pcb and reassembled having found no dry joints ect. Suspect a bad connection around the board. Keep fingers crossed.
