I realise that many won’t care but…
Total hits for the first six months UKW was online in 2003: 287525
Total hits for 2004: 1788184
Total hits for 2005: 4384542
I recall thinking at the time that that was brilliant.
In July 2007 we passed 20 million page views, not two years later.
Last year we had 11080257 page hits in total.
Total hits this month so far: 1214204
Yes, 1.2 million. That excludes a lot of rubbish from search engines and suchlike, it’s filtered.
You may not feel that sometimes what you do or say on here makes a difference, I’d beg to differ. Whilst many may want to ignore us or shun us even, we’re here, we’re still here and we’ll continue to be here and, I’ve no doubt, we’ll continue to be a thorn in some people’s sides and the saviour of others or at least, I can only hope it is so.
We passed 30 million today, I can be happy with that and what we’ve created. And if we’ve made a difference all the better, that was the point of it all, as it will continue to be. 😉
