Milie Freezer not working properly

Hi there,

I have a Milie fridge freezer. The fridge section is working fine however over the past few days the alarm keeps going off for the freezer section. The display is showing it at -8 and not -18. When I press the super button to try to take the temp back down its not working and at one point over the weekend the temp rose to -4.
The only way I can seem to get it to go up by a degree at a time is to turn it off and back on and then press the super button.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hi

Switch the whole unit off and leave the freezer door open..Then close the freezer door and restart the appliance.This will normally cure te problem.
