    hi this machine is every once in a while showing +41 in the freezer section but all is fine if she opens and closes door fault goes for a day or 2 any ideas?

    Try replacing the evaporator and freezer thermistors, check behind the grill at the bottom for fluff (dogs hair).

    i would guess at the module, if just opening the door solves it, what happens if she selects fast-freeze ?
