Model:APM8703/2 – filter plug leak

The filter located at the bottom of right edge of my washer / dryer is leaking. I took it out to clean it – all fine and dandy before that but now it’s leaking. I’m either not replacing it correctly or seal is faulty. The seal looks ok and I’ve made sure its screwed in and then push it to plug but when water is being drained its leaking out. Not good in a first floor flat! Does anyone know where I can buy a new seal / filter plug for this model? It all works well apart from this and it was all fine before I opened it to clean it. I inherited the machine with the flat when I bought it and it’s all integrated and I have heard that the company have gone out of business?

part are available but you have to make sure seal is in the right place and clean. sometimes 1 hair can make them leak
email the shop for spares

Thanks Dave. It was pretty clean anyway but will give it another clean and have another go at fitting it tonight and do a wash and have plenty of towels at the ready! If its still leaking I will email you/ shop (Electrofix?) on Tuesday for a spare.
