Modification on a Hoover HSW110M Washer Dryer ???

Does anyone know if there is a modification on this machine.

Went to one today complaint of leak on drying cycle.
Found the rubber hose that runs from one half of cold fill valve to the condensor inlet split. Machine not all that old, so wondered why hose split.
Found the small hole in the condensor inlet spigot that takes the water into the condensor was blocked, so the pipe became pressurised and split.
Cleaned the hole in the spigot with some fuse wire, it’s a very small hole.
I can see this is going to happen again. 😥

So thats why I am asking if there is a modification
