    HNS7148

    Anyone know how to repair the PCB on this machine to cure no supply to pump?

    On the boards with the larger triacs you can normally see where it pops or the leg of the triac blows off. Ive managed this repair a few times.

    The newer boards have smaller surface mounted components which aren’t so easy to change. (Never tried one of these, yet.)

    Sent it off to EMW this morning as no physical signs of damage.

    Previous engineer had fitted a new pump and left it on (no charge) even though a quick test revealed only 75v supply to pump.

    He been getting back to her since before christmas with a replacement module…

    His new year resolution was obviously to stop procrastinating (when he can get around to it)
