moffat shatterd door

Hi all
got and fitted this cheapo wicks convection oven 15 months ago
MOFFAT SKU 312110 it says on my ticket from wicks but I have not been to see it yet to get the prod number.
Apparently the outer door glass just shatterd all on its own, only cooking at 150*.
Are there any probs with these and where do I get a new outer door glass or its part number from asuming that is the only problem.
the inner glass is still in tack.

Any time any make anywhere 😆
They just do after a period of time.
You should not also hang tea towels etc over door handle thus coming into contact with outer glass.

Moffat are part of the Electrolux group – with the product number, ordering should be easy. 8)
