    Hi guys anyone know what error code e09 is on these machines?

    It’s a hoover made machine so pcb,module part number for nfc module is 49120178 kai

    This machine should still be in warranty as production didn’t start until 2020 week 23

    Yes I know I have just started to get jobs from.minerva ..anyone do work for them ? First day today .so you reckon it’s the PCB board then ?

    Yeah looks like a Hoover machine .any one know how to put them into test mode?

    does come up on Hoover site but cant even see the owners manual or test routines or fault codes

    Minerva have a tech portal on their site ask for tech info and access
