    We have a Hotpoint Electronic 800WM 12 and the motor has decided to stop working. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    It likely as not needs new motor brushes? There are 2 or 3 different brushes fitted to a WM12, all of which can be found here 🙂

    Thanks Martin,
    Was able to locate some this PM and now running again. Quite straightforward to replace them.
