Moved house – help needed!

Hi, We have just moved and the cooker hood is made by Cookers. It is a Delta 900 and is missing the lamps at the rear and the glass covers for the lamps. I’m sorry I don’t have any part or serial number. Is there anyone who can help me obtain these?
