What is so difficult to understand about ‘Trade Spares’

I have just moved several posts from the General Trade & Tech forums that are just simple spares/part number requests, surely it isn’t that hard. 😥

Going back to what you said Jim, do you think it would benefit members when they sign up for the site to get a guidline/quick start email explaining do’s and don’ts etc. I know there are announcements on the top of the forums but most jump in two feet first in excitement (can’t blame em, guilty as charged);hence all the post location problems.

Are you volunteering. 😀 to be honest I don’t think it would make much difference, I mean how clear do the forum details need to be.

Possibly better if we send a quick PM when we move the more obvious ones perhaps.

PS. The age thing is all about standards. 8)

Not so much moved as ‘unstuck’ a post from Bill in Trade Tech about a Hygena D/W posted as a sticky. I cannot see anything wrong with bumping a post but if everyone posted their questions as stickies it would soon gum up the first page of each forum.

So if Bill asks, it was me wot dun it guv. 8)
