MW058U stop starting

Hi my MW058U is stop starting, when filling it will fill for a second then stop, when draining it will drain for a second then stop. I havnt got it to spin since this has happened.

It comes up with error code 10001000 after about 3min of stop starting.
It comes up with error code 00001011 when entering diagnostics mode.

The air hose to the controller board is clear, any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

First one is the motor stall error – check the condition of all wiring into and around the motor, the star point and the rotor position sensor as a starting point.

Second one relates to the pressure switch – if you removed and replaced the air hose to it without completely draining the machine, it may well be giving false readings due to water in the pressure chamber at the bottom.

Thanks for the reply, i took the pump and motor apart and couldn’t find anything wrong so put it back together and it works just fine. Sweet
