Hi , i have a MW059AU and its stopped spinning all of a sudden. I did the diagnostic check and got the 00001100 error code. Can someone please assist with this?? thanks in advance

sorry just read that the error messages go from right to left (weird?) that would mean 00110000, or error message 12. Can someone please assist thanks

Fault code 12 is a flood protection error
Check drain pump for blockages & make sure drain hose is not kinked or is at correct level to prevent syphoning.
Are the inlet water valves on continously ?
If so check they turn off mechanically by turning power off at the wall.
If water valves are driven on electrically then you probably hve a faulty motor controller .
