Hi, I need advice and help please.
My Bosch fully integrated 3in 1 dishwasher model SHV55M03GB/40 normally works on the 70 degree cycle which takes about 112-120 mins, however it has gradually increased to 124+mins and now runs for much longer, when it gets to over two hours it is still running and the clock appears to have many minutes left to run, as if it has extended itself.
I have also tried to use a cleaner pack which needs a temperature of over 65degress to break the seal and the seal has stayed intact and the cleaner fluid has not been released.
When I turned the machine off before the end of the cycle I have had to push the reset buttons to get the water to drain out.
the rinse only cycle seems to work OK.
    I can see no blockages.
The machine is over 5 years old.
What can I do to check it or do I need an engineer or a replacement machine?
    Thanks

The appliance is not heating….hence the extended wash times and the wax seal on the cleaner not melting.

    3 possible options –

Low water levels due to blocked pressure chamber/hose

    Open circuit heater element

Dry/blown joint on main control PCB

Have a search on the forum for Bosch+1+minute and there’s plenty of info here to point you in the right direction

Thanks I see you know what you are talking about. Having looked where you suggested I think I need to check the PCB main control but I have looked all over this site and I have no idea where this is?
I have managed to take off the wood front panel but where do I go from here please.
Assume I know nothing (really acuarate description) and I really need help here to get to where I can source the problem.
    Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

Unfortunately , we are limited to the amount of info we can give regarding dismantling of appliances. As your machine is over 5 yrs old , i would probably be looking at the low water levels first.
When the machine is fully running , how much water is there in the base ? There should be enough water to cover the base of the dishwasher and reach about halfway up the salt container lid . Does it make any klerdunking noises when its filling ?

A read through this thread may help

    Hi Nomadpaul,
The water comes about 1/2 way up the salt lid but the wash was cold stil after 30 mins. No noticable differnt noises, sounds as normal although the wood door is off so slightly noisier.
Does this help idenify the issue?
    Thanks
