My Bosch SHU43 won’t finish its cycle!

Hey guys,
Maybe you could help me with my dishwasher issue. Instead of finishing its cycle, it just stays on. It seems to be stuck on the rinse cycle. I had to turn it manually about four hours later (when realized it still hasn’t finished its cycle), and the water didn’t drain either!
Any ideas on what can be the problem?

Check the pump Heidi (User Guide shows you how 😉 ) 🙂

Thanks for your reply. I have already checked the water pump and it was fine… Any other ideas?

Is the water heating up ? Without checking the model number , i’m guessing it may be that its not heating and therefore not proceeding on with its programme
